Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 April 2026
Advyse ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and platform at advyse.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
Business information you share in chat: What you sell, who your customers are, your location, your advertising goals, and your budget. You give us this voluntarily through our chat interface so we can build and run your ad campaigns.
Ad platform data: When you connect your Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts via OAuth, we access your advertising account data — including campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, ROAS, CPA), audience information, ad creatives, and account structure. We use this solely to create, manage, and optimise your ad campaigns on your behalf.
Usage data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, session duration. We use standard analytics to improve the product.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
Build, launch, and optimise ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta on your behalf
Train and run our reinforcement learning optimisation engine on your campaign performance data to improve your ad results
Communicate with you about your campaigns, account, and product updates
Improve and develop the Advyse platform
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve you ads within Advyse.
How we share your data
We share data only in these situations:
Ad platforms (Google, Meta): We send campaign configurations, ad copy, creatives, targeting parameters, and budgets to the ad platforms you've connected, in order to run your campaigns. This is the core function of our service.
Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not share your business information or ad performance data with other Advyse users or any unrelated third parties.
Meta (Facebook) data
When you connect your Meta ad account, we request access to manage your advertising campaigns. Specifically:
We access your ad account to create and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
We read performance data to optimise your campaigns using our RL engine.
We do not post to your Facebook page or access your personal Facebook profile beyond what is necessary for advertising.
You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from your Advyse dashboard, which revokes our access.
Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal and business data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of your data at any time by:
Emailing us at privacy@advyse.ai
Using the "Delete my data" option in your account settings
For users who connected via Facebook Login, you can also submit a deletion request through Facebook. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
If you are based in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (see above)
Restrict or object to certain processing
Port your data to another service
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@advyse.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies for analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on advyse.ai. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
Advyse is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
