Data Deletion Instructions
Advyse — Data Deletion Request
If you have used Facebook Login or connected your Meta ad account to Advyse and would like to request deletion of your data, you have the following options:
Option 1: Delete from within Advyse
Log in to your Advyse account at advyse.ai
Go to Settings
Select Delete my account and data
Confirm the deletion
This will remove your account, business information, and all associated campaign data within 30 days.
Option 2: Email us
Send a deletion request to privacy@advyse.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Advyse account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Option 3: Remove via Facebook
Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
Select Apps and Websites
Find Advyse and click Remove
This revokes our access to your Facebook data. To also delete data already stored in Advyse, please follow Option 1 or 2 above.
What gets deleted
Your Advyse account and login credentials
Business information you shared through our chat
Campaign configurations and performance data stored in Advyse
Any generated ad copy and creatives
What is retained
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. financial transaction records)
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@advyse.ai.
